Our Remodeling Process

1. Planning

Our remodel process starts with a meeting to discuss the scope of the work and get preliminary drawings. Once we have those, we will price out the project. Upon meeting to go through pricing we finalize any changes or options and complete the dedicated scope of work and drawings.

2. Work

Once the contract has been signed, we move forward with permitting and material ordering. Homeowners set up meetings with our suppliers to make selections for finishes. Once completed we start the project. Chad Johnson, owner of CRJ Construction LLC or one of his representatives stop by daily to ensure everything is running smoothly and answer any questions or address concerns.

3. Final Inspection

The final inspection of the remodel process will be a walkthrough to show the work done as well as the material used. We will be there to answer all of your questions or concerns about the job.
